Sale of Artcraft Group

Canterbury Partners is pleased to have advised the shareholders of Artcraft Group on the divestment of the business to Jason Group, Western Australia’s largest provider of signage solutions.

Established in 1946, Artcraft Group, encompassing Artcraft, Streets Ahead Maintenance and JMB Manufacturing, is the market leader in the manufacture, supply and installation of road signage and road safety products within Australia, employing 130 people across six facilities.

The transaction provides the vendors with a successful exit to a synergistic buyer with the ability to create a dominant national player in the Australian road signage market.
