Sale of WINconnect

Canterbury Partners is pleased to have advised the shareholders of WINconnect Pty Ltd, Australia’s leading privately owned operator in the development and management of Community Energy Networks throughout Australia, on its divestment to Pacific Equity Partners (PEP).
 
Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Melbourne, WINconnect has established itself as a pioneer in the integration of multiple utility services under the umbrella of Community Energy Networks. The business provides access to, and delivers electricity, centralised hot water, internet telecommunications services and other utilities to multi-tenanted properties across the country.
 
PEP’s investment uniquely positions WINconnect to capitalise on a range of new and exciting opportunities whilst expanding the breadth of services offered to its customers. The existing WIN management team will remain the same and look forward to partnering with PEP to continue the delivery of the highest quality services and building a bigger and stronger organisation.
