Sale of 51% of Nationwide

Canterbury Partners advised the shareholders of Nationwide Towing and Transport on the sale of 51% of the business to RACV. Nationwide is a leading towing and transport operator servicing automotive clubs, state governments, local councils and corporates throughout Australia.

RACV is a member-owned organisation that provides a range of services across motoring, insurance and finance, resorts, leisure and travel.
